A few months ago, World Market challenged me to create a his and hers seating area in both mine and Mr. Fancy’s office. I was super excited by this challenge! What a fun way to showcase how to create a similar area in two different spaces, but with two complete different looks. I love that World Market offers affordable options for all aspects of life. You cannot beat the prices on the chairs and other items that we used! Most items were on sale as well! I set out to plan and execute our areas and we are both thrilled with the outcome! Take a peek!
First is Mr. Fancy’s seating area. We wanted a more masculine look in this area, but also something that flowed well with the rest of our home decor because this room is right off our entryway. This pair of charcoal wingback chairs fit the bill perfectly! I love the simplicity of this space and I love that I now have a spot to perch and chat with him while he’s working!

Next up is my office. This is a space where I spend a lot of time. I knew I wanted something fun and funky to go along with my wallpaper and my chandelier and I think I totally created that. I opted for a fun pair of fuchsia chairs and I LOVE them! They work perfectly with the wallpaper. I have been wanting a coffee bar in my office for awhile, since I spend a lot of my early mornings up there drinking coffee and working. I figured a bar cart would be a fun spin to use instead of a table and it is also a way to showcase many more items, since there are three tiers on this one! I could not be more thrilled wit how this space turned out. I feel completely inspired anytime I walk into this room!
