Spinach, Bacon and Cheese Crustless Quiche Recipe

Hi friends and happy Wednesday! I hope you guys are having a great week! I’m headed home from Utah today and can’t wait to squeeze Mr. Fancy and the kiddos! I’m excited to share my most recent recipe with you! I made this crustless quiche a few weeks ago and it was so delicious! It also made enough for leftovers! I think it would be a great thing to keep on hand for easy breakfasts and lunches! Grab my favorite quiche/pie dish HERE! Take a peek at the quiche recipe below and be sure to pin this recipe so you can come back to it!

Spinach, Bacon and Cheese Crustless Quiche Recipe

Course Breakfast

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (I like cheddar/jack mix)
  • chopped spinach (I used a half container of fresh)
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • salt and pepper
  • half package cooked bacon, chopped

  1. Greese a dish with butter or oil. Fill botton of dish with bacon and spinach. Beat eggs with milk, salt, pepper and seasoning. Pour egg mixture into dish. Top with cheese...add more or less to your liking! Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until cooked through and fluffy looking! Enjoy!

I hope you guys make this quiche and LOVE it, like we do!

Have a great day!! XO!

I can’t find the right words to describe how delicious this dish is! I immediately cooked it as soon as I saw the recipe on the blog. It looks so appetizing on photos, but in life it is even better (duh, in life it can be eaten!). The dish is quite hearty and is perfect for both everyday life and for receiving guests. Thank you for sharing such great and delicious recipes, love your blog!
