Bar Cart Styling

I have loved bar carts forever. I just love how classic they are and they are so fun to decorate. Since we have been watching Mad Men, even Mr. Fancy notices that everyone had them back then. Even in their offices!  I love that they’ve made a comeback. We never had a spot for one in our California house, so when we decided to build here in Texas, I knew we needed to be sure our dining room had a spot for one. Pretty quickly after we moved in, this fabulous gold cart arrived on my doorstep and made it’s home in the dining room. I must admit that it has taken me way longer to finish this project than it should have, but you know how it is, there are always so many projects going on, so things get put on the back burner. My goal has been to finish our dining room, since it’s one of the first rooms you see upon entering our house. So, I have been in full fledge decorating mode! Mark and Graham recently came out with some new items that I thought would be absolute necessities on my bar cart! See all of their barware HERE. I could not be more thrilled with what a perfect addition each item is to my cart! These gold rimmed glasses are so amazing. I seriously love them and am already dreaming up lots of fun cocktails to serve in them. I also love the copper cocktail shaker. You better believe this baby will be used to make lots of mojitos! I try not to pick favorites, but I really LOVE this cheese/cutting board. I can’t get enough of it!! I wanted a large bowl of some sort, to house lemons and limes for cocktails and this one fit the bill perfectly. I love that every single item that I added to our cart was personalized just for us! Who doesn’t love a monogram?! Any of these items would make perfect gifts too. I am already shopping for Christmas and I know a few people who might be receiving similar items from us as a gift.
