Here are my Tips for Creating a Beautiful and Fun Christmas Table Setting:
-Use different textures. You will notice that I used plaid, faux fur, linen and seagrass. I just like to mix it up and not be too matchy matchy. I loved how these textures all complemented each other.
-Use heirloom or special pieces on your table. My grandmother and mom always had Spode Christmas dishware on the tables at Christmastime. I can still remember thinking that I would carry on this tradition, when I was just a kid and here I am using my collection that my mom gifted me, every year.
-Add in some fun faux trees, ornaments, jungle bells, etc. These are inexpensive ways to jazz up any holiday table and I loved how these red ornaments seemed to pop on the faux fur blanket!
-Most importantly, set your table ahead of time, so you can relax and enjoy your company. You’ll probably also be cooking up a storm, so the last thing you want to worry about is setting your table right before dinner! Setting your table ahead of time also gives you room for lots of creativity and inspiration.
Quick & Easy Christmas Centerpiece Idea:
I also wanted to show you a quick and easy centerpiece idea! I love to take a glass VASE, fill it with cranberries and add hydrangeas, red roses and even greenery. It’s an easy and beautiful way to add some pizazz to any holiday table!
