Hi friends and happy Tuesday! I hope your week is off to a great start! Yesterday was our first attempt at homeschool and it was not amazing. By the end of the day, I realized, we are just going to have to do what works for or family. Our school has chosen a complete online (even reading) curriculum and my kids just don’t do well on screens all day. I am one of those people that doesn’t allow screens during the week because I see such a change in behavior from them. All that to say, this new normal is hard and we are struggling a bit. Hoping we find our groove soon and if you’re in the same boat, I hope you do, too!
I’m back today with Tuesday Talk, though, so I’excited to brighten up the week a bit! I’m always excited to partner with Erika to bring you this monthly linkup! Today, I am sharing some cozy at home favorites. Things that I think we could all use during this time at home. Take a peek!
SWEATSHIRT // JOGGERS // BLUELIGHT BLOCKING GLASSES // CARDIGAN // JUMPSUIT
BLANKET // CANDLE // SLIPPERS // SCRUNCHIES // EYE MASKS

Recently bought that mug for my mom and those pink slides for me! Fun to see them on your round up after I’ve gotten them since usually I am easily #influenced haha
My boys do not do well with on-line lessons either; we’ve tried them a few times over the years (as we are a full time homeschooling family) and they just do not do nearly as well as having a real book in front of them. Lucky for me we can switch up whatever isn’t working for us since homeschooling really gives us so much freedom and I’m sorry you’re sort of stuck with what the school dictates. I hope you figure out a system that works for you and your family but know that it can take a bit of time and give yourselves lots of grace. I am amazed at all these posts I’m reading with families adjusting so well to so much change. I hope it gets easier for you!!
