Happy Thursday, friends! I hope your week is off to a wonderful start and let’s face it, it’s almost over! The weekend is coming!!! I’m super excited to bring you a new series called Entertaining with Ashley. I’m going to share recipes, tips and tricks for throwing a good party, etc! I’m really excited about this content! Today, I’m bringing you one of my favorite things to create, an easy cheeseboard! This is the perfect thing to put out for guests during cocktail hour and I’ll be honest, there are some nights that we will just have a cheese board for dinner. Protein and fruit, what more could you need?! A fancy and easy cheeseboard can seem daunting and hard to make, but I promise it’s easy to do and always a crowd pleaser! I’ve even sharing a few tips to make it even fancier!

TIPS TO CREATE YOUR SUPER EASY CHEESEBOARD
So, a few things every easy cheeseboard needs! A variety of cheeses. The possibilities are endless. Here are a few of our cheese favorites. We always have brie on our easy cheeseboards. I could legit eat a block of brie myself, as could my daughter, Reagan, so brie is always a must. Another favorite is horseradish white cheddar. This is a spicy little cheese and it’s so delicious with salami and dates. My husband and daughter are huge merlot cheese lovers, so we always have that as well. I usually spice it up with a few other fun and different cheeses. Think apricot cheese, or any cheese that has a fruit in it. It’s unexpected and delicious! Then, i’ll add another spicy cheese too. Think color, fun and what you’d enjoy eating. I always add my favorites and then a few fun and different options! You need meat options. We always have salami and prosciutto! Those are our faves! A variety of fruits is always a great addition. You can really add any fruits that you love!
