Happy Friday lovelies!
I’m not sure I could be anymore ready for a weekend than I am today! Oh, this week was a tough one! I am excited to be joining my friends for Five on Friday!!!
Let’s get started!
I woke up Thursday morning feeling defeated. Plain old defeated. The past few weeks, I have encountered a few things from friends no less, that I just struggle to get past. One of my best friends sent this to me yesterday. It spoke to me and I needed it. I shared it on Instagram and there were a bunch of you who needed it as well. It’s always hard to remember that you are enough, just as you are. Some experiences and parts of life might make us feel like we aren’t enough, but we are. So, just a reminder for you today, you are so enough.
*my friend did not know the source-it was sent to her from another friend. if you know it, please share!
So, I bought a one-piece bathing suit this week. I’m kind of loving them lately. There are so many cute options and let’s face it, I feel more comfortable wearing one when I am out chasing the little presidents around, especially at the public pool. I have been searching and searching for the perfect one and found a bunch that I loved. These two are my favorite:
I bought this one.
I’m considering this one as well. I die over the ruffle skirt.
I think everyone needs a cute and flattering one piece! Here are a few other one piece options that I am loving:
I am so ready for July to get here. We headed to California and I cannot wait!! I am dying to get this underwater camera for our trip! I think it would be such a blast to have!!!!
I got dressed up and headed out last night for a little event and I’m so glad I went. It was awesome and when you’re having a bad day, washing and curling your hair, putting on lipstick and a fancy dress with fringe, always helps! I love this dress so much!
You can get your own fancy fringe dress here and my sandals here.
I recently finished and LOVED the book, “Where’d You Go Bernadette!!” I’m so sad that it’s over. I miss reading it. I decided we needed to do a little virtual book club to discuss our pal, Bernadette. I know, I’m not the only one who can relate to some of her craziness and who misses reading the book! Ha! There are book club questions in the back of the book. I am going to post my answers to those questions and I would love for you to leave comments with your answers and we can have an open discussion about the book! I think it will be so fun!!! Look for the virtual book club next week!
I hope you have a fabulous weekend!!!!
Love the dress and the suits! 🙂 You are fabulous- always;)
And I need to read Bernadette-it’s on my list! A virtual book club is so fun!
Hi from the link-up. I love the swimsuit you bought! I agree, chasing kids around in a one-piece is a lifesaver! Great blog!

Love Bernadette and those suits!
love your dress! Perfect for a fun night out. And can’t wait to hear your thoughts on Where’d You Go, Bernadette? A friend of mine is reading it and I’m next! Happy Friday! xo
I definitely fall prey to the lie that I am not enough. And it is just that, a lie! So happy you have great friends in your life to remind you you’re enough. 🙂 I’m definitely wanting and on the hunt for a good one-piece! Love the ruffle suit and loving your dress!
I felt the same way when I finished Bernadette…Loved the book and adored her! You should read “the Rosie project” next. Another gem that I was sad to finish.
I finished that fun book last week! I would love to do a virtual book club!
