Hooray for Friday! I hope you had a fabulous week! Mine was a whirlwind! I’m still tired from last weekend! I started a 31 day series about Finding Peace. I didn’t want to skip Five on Fridays during this month, so I will be incorporating a bible verse or something like that, that is helping me along my journey to more peace, into my five and that will be my peace topic for the day. I missed last week, but I am excited to be back and linking up with my pal, Darci and the other girlies for Five on Friday! Woohoo!!!!
So, here we go!
As I said above, I started a 31 day series about Finding Peace, which means that I am writing about the same topic for 31 whole days! This is a challenging topic for me but I am excited about this journey! I’m praying that I (we) learn a lot this month and can hopefully come to find more peace in my everyday and way less worry.
This Psalm is one that I will be incorporating into my daily routine. It’s such a good one. I wish that I would’ve had thought about this one last Sunday when I was flying home through Houston on a teeny plane and in a storm. It was awful and I was so worried and stressed. This would have been a perfect verse to say in my head, to quiet my worry and make my mind more peaceful. 🙂
I walked upstairs two nights ago and the little presidents were having a dance party in Reagan’s room…both with tutus on. Happy heart moment for this mama. I love when they get along and play nicely together! Pure joy was radiating from both of them, in Reagan’s bedroom that night! 🙂
You can buy their skeleton pjs, here and here.
I had an AMAZING time at The Influence Conference this past weekend! I left feeling so INSPIRED and left with such a happy heart. I will be posting a recap in the next few days, but for now, a pic of a few of my sweet friends whom I got to spend lots of time with and share lots of laughter, hugs and tears. We had so much fun! I love these girlies. 🙂
Can we take a moment to discuss the fabulousness of this hat again?! The thing that is not fabulous about this hat is the price tag! Hoping it goes on sale soon, so I can make it mine! 🙂
We played hooky yesterday and I kept Teddy home from school. I am struggling to get him there all five days. I’ll get better about it, I hope. We planned to do Starbucks, nails, lunch (CFA of course!) and a haircut (for Teddy), but due to the millionth tantrum from little miss fancy, we headed home after lunch. Teddy has been dressing himself lately and he is loving stripes on stripes and blue on blue. Clearly. 🙂
I hope you have an amazing Friday! Cheers to the weekend!
