Happy friday lovelies!!!!! How has your week been? Mine has been good but I am READY for the weekend! Yep! So ready! It’s FRIDAY and I love the Five on Friday link-up with sweet Darci, Natasha, April, Christina and the rest of you fun girlies! Loving this link-up as a way to find new fun blogs to read!!! So much fun! Shall we get started?!
I know that I highlighted this top on Tuesday but, it’s so FAB that it deserved another highlight! I am OBSESSED with it! I have now purchased it in two colors and am considering adding the white with black polkadots to my collection! Is that crazy? I’m so that person that buys something in every color if I LOVE it! If you don’t have this top yet, trust me, you NEED it. Seriously!
As I said yesterday, I am struggling to get back into the back to school groove! I wrote this little poem about going back to school that I shared on my bloggity blog and Insta yesterday! 🙂 Love writing these poems. I do them for our Christmas cards each year…they totally crack me up!
Have you seen the FANCY sweatshirts at Old Navy?!!!!! OMG!!!! I ordered more of them than I care to admit. I mean, who can resist a sweatshirt that is fancy and bedazzled?!! Not moi, that’s for sure!! It’s like 1 million degrees here too, so I have no idea when I’ll actually be able to sport these pretties, but hopefully soon!!!! Hurry up fall!!!
I have been in a total dinner rut lately. I have such a hard time finding motivation to cook dinner when I am solo, so I end up eating frozen pizza or the little presidents’ leftover mac and cheese or grilled cheese, a lot. So balanced and nutritious, right? Ha! Anywho, I had a friend coming over for dinner on Wednesday night and decided to whip up Skinnytaste’s Cheesy Zucchini Enchiladas. I have made them before and figured they would be pretty simple, delish and healthy. I used Chia Seed tortillas this time and they were so delish! I also made extra so I could have lunch and dinner leftovers too. Love a dinner that keeps on giving! Yum!
I had an Ahhhhhmazing facial a few weeks ago that I am still thinking about. Oh, how I wish I could get a facial weekly or even monthly. It was the best facial I have ever had. The only one that I didn’t leave with some sort of allergic reaction. My face was glowing instead of breaking out. Just great all around! Anywho, my esthetician told me about Trader Joe’s Lavender Salt Scrub! I immediately ran to tjs and purchased it and I LOVE it! There are so many pricey scrub products out there and this is so reasonably priced and perfect to use every few days!!!
I hope you all have a fancy and blessed weekend! We have dinner with our besties tonight and I can’t wait to catch up with them! Life has been SOOOO busy lately and it’s been too long! Cheers to the weekend!!!
