Happy Friday, my peeps!
First things first, if you follow me on Instagram and Facebook, then you know we got a puppy last weekend! It was not planned, but once we saw him, we knew we couldn’t leave him behind! He’s a sweet little soul and adorable to boot! We are working on potty training and such right now! He is starving 24/7 which is definitely a hound trait! Everyone, meet Truman! He is a 10 week old Basset Hound. I had a Basset Hound growing up and he was just delightful, so we are thrilled to add another hound to the mix! Abbey is still undecided on him, but she sleeps next to him each night and warms up more every day. I know she is happy to have the company. He has a hashtag on Instagram #trumanthebassethound if you want to keep up with him.

I made my second batch of PUMPKIN BREAD yesterday. I love pumpkin scent and pumpkin flavor, but gasp, I don’t drink pumpkin spice lattes. I’m just not a flavored coffee person! This time I made it into muffins. The little presidents have loved eating it as part of their breakfast! HERE is the recipe I use. I plan to share it and how I modify it, next week!
