Game Night with Kids and Nordstrom Anniversary Ends Soon

Hi friends and happy Thursday! I hope your week is shaping up to be a great one! Can you believe it’s August 1st? I swear my kids just got out of school back in MAY! Where does the time go? We start school in a few weeks, so we are really trying to savor these last days and nights of summer! It’s been nice to stay up a tad later and sleep in a bit each day! I’m excited to partner with Nordstrom for today’s post to share a few of our favorite (and still available) Nordstrom Anniversary Sale finds! I usually use this once a year sale to stock up on items for the whole family for fall and winter! Mr. Fancy always grabs a few suits (Ted Baker suits are his favorite) and shoes, while I always grab some great staples for the kids and myself.

This year we focused on pajamas and loungewear for the kids! Reagan is a huge pajama person..she comes by it honestly, because so am I! I am so that person that gets home and immediately changes into sweats and one of my Barefoot Dreams Cardigans (Grab one on sale HERE! They are the best and make the best gifts, too!). Reagan is the same way! Her obsession for the past year has been onesies and we always buy them from Nordstrom. These are her favorite because they are the softest and they have the best prints! We were so excited to grab a few during the NSALE and I even ordered a few for Christmas gifts for my niece! Teddy loves the loungewear options at Nordstrom, too and this waffle top and flannel pajama set is a favorite of his. He has the last season version, too. I always grab him a few sets of pajamas and sweatpants during the sale, so that he is set up for fall and winter. I have talked about these pajamas for years. They are hands down some of my favorite pajamas. They are the softest and just fit so well! I love them and I ALWAYS buy a few pairs during the Anniversary Sale! I usually grab a few as gifts, too! My mom and sisters love the pajamas as well, so they are great to give as birthday and Christmas gifts and I always stock up! One of our favorite family activities is to get into our cozy wear, pop some popcorn, grab a board game and just sit around the coffee table for an hour or two before bedtime. One of our recent favorites is Apples to Apples (junior edition), but we also love Monopoly and Life! Our evenings almost always end in some sort of a popcorn fight. Ha!
