Get Outside This Spring

Hi friends and happy Monday! I hope you had an awesome weekend! We started out last week with the most beautiful weather and it got me thinking about getting outside and just how great that is for the mind, soul and your life in general. We often just grab a walk in the morning with George in tow and it always seems to start the day a tad better for all of us. Even if we can’t squeeze in a walk in the morning, we try to incorporate it into the day at one point or another. Somedays I’ll be at my desk working all day and realize that I could use a little fresh air to help inspire me and to just give me a breather. And even just a quick trip around the block can help with focus and feeling rejuvenated.

As you know, I am a huge fan of all things workout gear and fakeout gear, as I call it (that is the outfit you would wear to the gym if you actually felt like working out that day). I love to shop at Nordstrom for workout gear because they have such an amazing selection, so I was super thrilled to partner with them on today’s post. My favorite brand to grab in that department is Zella. Mr. Fancy and I both love Zella items and we really wear it on the regular. They have great options, at great price points. Because I think getting outside and getting a bit of exercise, every single day is so important, I am going to share three different looks with you today to hep inspire you to get outside! Whether you get out for a walk or run or head to the gym or even sport these looks for school drop-off and errands, you’re sure to be set with some great basics for spring! Look One

The look is one of my favorites because I fell in love with the marble print leggings. I added this great basic tee on top to bring out the coral color from the pants. This tee would be perfect with jeans or shorts as well. It’s a great basic and I actually grabbed it in a few colors! Mr. Fancy is sporting his fave shirt and these great pants. Whenever it’s cold out, he’s always cursing on walks, rides and to the gym in shorts and I knew he needed a great basic pair of athletic pants and I knew these would fit the bill perfectly!

Look Two

Naturally, I fell in love with this knot front top It comes in numerous colors and is seriously perfection. At 5’2, I have on the size small and love it, but if you’re wanting a more loose fit, I’d suggest sizing up! These blue camo leggings were also a must for me! You know I am not one to ever turn down camo.

Look Three

I live for Zella shorts. So, when I saw these, I knew I had to have them. Shorts like these are my faves and I tend to buy in all colors and wear them all summer! Mr. Fancy also loves the Zella shorts. They are just a great weight and perfect length!
