Happy Monday lovelies! Hope you had a fabulous weekend! We had a super fun one! We made an impromptu trip to my mom’s house and we hung out with the fam and swam and relaxed and it was glorious! Are you ready for Monday? I never am. It’s like a standard theme with me, fussing about Monday…but, it’s my BIRTHDAY WEEK, so I am super excited and not fussing about Monday today at least not this morning!!
I get a lot of questions regarding my makeup routines and also had some questions in the first “Ask Ashley” segment with similar makeup related questions. So, today, I am sharing what’s in my fancy makeup bag for an everyday look, with you!
one~ MAC mineralize concealer I have tried a lot of concealers and this one is a fave of mine!
two~ Origins VitaZing SPF 15 Energy Boosting Moisturizer with Mangosteen This stuff is awesome! It’s so lightweight and perfect for my sensitive skin. It’s perfect for everyday or a night out on the town!
three~ MAC lipstick in Candy Yum Yum This is one of my fave lipstick colors ever. I love a bright Barbie pink lipstick and this one is amazing!
four~ Clinique High Impact Extreme Volume Mascara in Extreme Black This stuff is fabulous! I have tried lots of Mascaras, including an old fave of mine, Dior Show and this one still takes the cake! A bonus is that it’s perfect for sensitive eyes. I am allergic to a lot and this is so mild.
five~ My mom and sisters and I have been wearing this bronzer for years! I swear it’s the best kept secret in bronzer and you can’t beat the price tag either. They were off the market for awhile and thankfully, we had all stocked up before the stores were sold out! Jane. is now back with a new owner and I am so excited!!!
six~ Fresh Twilight Freshface Glow I use this on days when I want my skin to look extra dewy and glow-y (made up word alert!). You can add it over foundation or you can wear by itself, which is what I do. I love it! It looks amazing on bronzed sun-kissed skin!
seven~ Bobbi Brown Blush in Bright Pale Pink I love a bright pink lip and I love a bright pink cheek too! I add this over bronzer or sans bronzer altogether and it’s gorg!
eight~ MAC EYESHADOW IN ‘SHROOM’ a lot of days I don’t even wear eyeshadow, but on the days I do, this is a fave of mine for a light shimmer. It’s perfect for daytime. It’s fun to line my under eye with too for a sparkly look!
These are my everyday essentials! I will be working on a list of my fave items that I use for a fancier look for date night or a par-tay! I can do my make-up in about 5-10 minutes these days! This is a skill I can credit the little presidents for! 🙂 Any other mamas out there, speed makeup applicators too?
