January Reading List

Hi friends and happy Wednesday! I hope your week is off to a great start! Can you believe we are almost mid-way through February? I’m a tad late with this post, but I figure better late than never, right? January was an aggressive reading month for me! I got through SO many books. I read some and listened to some. Listening to books is newer to me, but I’m actually enjoying it because I can get through more this way! I typically listen to the books that are harder for me to read, aka the books to better (as I call them) myself! Ha! I took a bit of a break from reading in the fall because I was SO swamped with life and I am one of those people that tends to start a book and cannot.put.it.down! I’m up all night and reading any free moment I get! That being said, I missed it because I love the escape that reading a good book, can bring! So, I decided to remedy that in January and read a bunch of books! I loved all of the books I read last month! Take a peek at my January reading list!

What I Read in January

REGRETTING YOU – I love Colleen Hoover and really enjoyed this one! It was all about a mother and daughter and their relationship. It also has tragedy, love stories and more. I read it in about 24 hours, so it’s really a great beach, pool, vacation read!

THE HAPPINESS PROJECT – I started reading this, then decided to listen to it. It’s all about the author’s happiness project. She spends a year focusing on different areas of her life and trying to make herself and those around her, happier. I thought it was a good listen. Definitely a great listen for time in the car, work, etc.

MAN’S SEARCH FOR MEANING – I was required to read this for an upcoming project and again, I listened to it. It is all about the author’s time in concentration camps and how he searches for meaning in all aspects, during that time and after. Mr. Fancy also read it and I feel like we both had some great takeaways.

WEALTH WARRIOR – A great fire up book! I really enjoyed this one! Definitely a must read if you feel stuck in any aspect of life!

AN ANONYMOUS GIRL – This book was insane!! I don’t want to say too much because I fear that it will give it away, but if you read The Wife Between Us by these authors, then let me just tell you, you’ll be on the edge of your seat this whole book! SO many twists and turns in the plot. I couldn’t put it down!

THE LAST TIME I SAW YOU – This one was also a couldn’t put it down book. There were so many plot twists, that I literally HAD to finish it, so I could know how it ended. I don’t want to give much away, but it was such a crazy story line that you find yourself questioning ALL of the characters throughout the book. The ending was not what I expected. Definitely a great beach, pool, vacation, etc read!

Have you read any of these books? If so, which one was your favorite? What should I read next?

Have a great day! XO!

I’m a reader too and never without a book. Most recently I read Dear Edward by Ann Napolitano. One of those impossible to put down books!
