I’m excited to share my most recent recipe with you! I made this crustless quiche a few weeks ago and it was so delicious! It also made enough for leftovers! Spinach, Bacon and Cheese Crustless Quiche Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup nonfat milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (I like cheddar/jack mix)
- chopped spinach (I used a half container of fresh)
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- salt and pepper
- half package cooked bacon, chopped
Instructions

Greese a dish with butter or oil. Fill botton of dish with bacon and spinach. Beat eggs with milk, salt, pepper and seasoning. Pour egg mixture into dish. Top with cheese...add more or less to your liking! Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until cooked through and fluffy looking! Enjoy!

I can’t find the right words to describe how delicious this dish is! I immediately cooked it as soon as I saw the recipe on the blog.
