Happy Friday, peeps! Hope you had a fabulous week!!! It’s been an exciting one here!!! I have big news to share with you today and it’s been so tough to keep it to myself for so long! Because it has been a LONGGGGGG process and lots of months in the works, but YAY!!! the day has come to share the news with you!
We have moved to a different house!
A little background…
It’s not too exciting of a story, but because I know I’ll get questions, here’s a quick version. More to come soon. We wanted to be closer to the little presidents’ school, the freeway, the airport and basically closer to where WE do life and we found a home that fit the bill perfectly. While I loved our other home, we were ready for this change. It’s a super fun house because this house needs some MAJOR updating, so we will be working on this for awhile! I’m super excited about the project and we’ve already done some work and made some significant changes (I will share soon), but the majority of the projects will happen after the holidays and in the next year or two. We just did not want to live in a construction zone during Christmas. We moved in yesterday and it was exhausting and exciting all at once. I got the little presidents and our bedroom finished so that we had places to sleep and the rest of this place is covered in boxes…we have our work cutout for us in the unpacking department, that is for sure! My goal for the weekend is to get rid of the majority of the boxes covering my kitchen and to set up our Christmas trees! I’m super excited to take you along on this adventure with us! As always, thank you for the support and love over the years! I am thankful for you!! XOXO
Even Dwight joined in on some of the painting fun!
In the meantime, if you need some house inspiration, here are links to our “old” house that we just moved out of:

Giiiirrrrl!! So excited for you guys! I’m sure it is such a blessing! (I also dont want to discount all of the hard work you’ve put into your house but hey, those are some lucky buyers! We are adding a second floor to our house and while our design esthetics aren’t 100% the same, I love all of your ideas (especially dyi) because I can tweak it and make it my own! Thanks for sharing and looking forward to the new “fancy” abode! I’m so happy for you! Xo
