Happy Tuesday, friends! I hope your week is off to a great start! We are having a fun little getaway this week! I am excited to be back with Erika this month to share our Tuesday Talk linkup with you! I asked you guys recently what you wanted to see more of! I love to poll you all to see what you’d love more of here on the bloggity blog! I had a few requests for dresses and ideas on what to wear to a summer wedding! What a great idea! Summer is definitely wedding season and we all need a few great dresses in our closets to keep on hand for these occasions! So, today we are going to discuss dresses, jumpsuits and rompers to wear to a summer wedding! Now, keep in mind that some of these could be worn as everyday dresses, vacation dresses and even to date night as well! I’ll share my ideas for what to wear with each dress, including accessories and shoe ideas! Take a peek!
WHAT TO WEAR TO A SUMMER WEDDING
First up in this DRESS. I am pretty in love with it and actually purchased it for our upcoming beach vacation. The tropical print and floral is so fun for the summer! I’d wear it with my must have WEDGES and add these EARRINGS in BLUE or BLUSH to add a pop of fun!
Next up is the palm print DRESS! I also grabbed this one for our upcoming vacation. I loved it so much! It was a tad long on me, so it needs to be worn with WEDGES or I need to hem it a bit to wear it with flat sandals! I would add a pop of PINK or YELLOW and wear it with these EARRINGS!
I loved the simplicity of this DRESS! It’s lacey, but fully lined. It’s a pretty reddish-orange color and such a perfect dress to wear to a wedding! I would pair it with these fun strappy SANDALS.
I love this DRESS! I had a similar one in pink that I wore to a wedding a few years ago. It has ruching in all the right places and I loved the color! You could really do a simple earring like THESE or some fun tassels in pink, like THESE!
DRESS (also comes in yellow)
I have a similar DRESS to this, but it’s a seersucker print! The cut of this one is so flattering and it has pockets, too! Such a win!! I would add a pop of pink or a pop of YELLOW with these EARRINGS!
DRESS (also comes in black)
I loved this DRESS for a beach wedding! I actually think it would be great for a tropical vacation as well!
This is one of my favorite DRESSES ever! It’s under $50 and comes in numerous colors! If you don’t have this one yet, I highly recommend buying it in at least one color! The BLACK one is a must have for every closet! I wear these in a size small.
A ROMPER is always a good idea for a wedding or really any occasion. I love this one! It fits well and the tropical print is super fun! I would wear this romper with these WEDGES (in black or brown) and these EARRINGS in the PEACH color.
This floral DRESS is another fun dress for summer! Wear it to a wedding or throw a denim jacket over it and wear it for date night! I’d dress it up with these SANDALS and dress it down with these SANDALS!
Here’s another great DRESS to dress up or down! I love the stripes and the bow in the front! I’d add these fun EARRINGS in YELLOW for a pop of color!
This DRESS is a huge winner! I am obsessed!!! It’s so adorable!!! Perfect to dress up with these WEDGES!

This DRESS is one of my favorite dresses that I tried on and I love it SO much! The perfect pink dress! I’d wear these SANDALS and add a fun CLUTCH to add even more color! These EARRINGS would be super fun!!

I love this DRESS! It’s under $60 and comes in all sorts of colors! LOVE it!!! A great staple and truly flattering on so many body types!
This JUMPSUIT is another great wedding or party option! Obviously, you’d skip the white jumpsuit for a wedding! But, perfect party material! The chambray JUMPSUIT would be perfect to wear to a wedding!
