I thought this quote was a great reminder for all of us! Why is it so hard to be kind to ourselves? One of my readers, Nancy commented that she “speaks to herself in a way that she wouldn’t even speak to the devil.” I think we can all relate to that statement from time to time. Lets all practice loving ourselves more. It’s so important and I truly want my daughter to love all aspects of herself and I know it’s necessary to show that behavior, so I am really trying!
