This post is sponsored by Hilton and ShopStyle. I love partnering with brands that I love and trust. Post ideas and opinions are my own.

Hi friends and happy Monday! We are back from Florida and ready to hit the ground running this week. We have a busy and exciting month ahead and I am just grateful for all the family time we have planned. Speaking of family time, I’m super excited to partner with Hilton Hotels today to tell you about their Hilton Honors program. This was actually such timely post because last year, due to YEARS of travel, Mr. Fancy achieved Lifetime Diamond Status with the Hilton Honors program. There is an awesome promotion going on for members this week! Book on Hilton.com today through June 14th and receive up 20% off your hotel booking at select destinations (Cleveland, Ohio, Des Moines, Iowa, South Bend, Indiana, St. Louis, OH, Chicago, IL, Cincinnati, OH, Indianapolis, IN, Kansas City, MO). Your next little vacay is just a few clicks away! Joining a hotel rewards program is always a good idea, whether you travel a ton or just a few times a year and here’s why.

  1. I’m a big fan of Hilton Honors! I almost always stay at Hampton Inns when I travel for work (best darn breakfast), and my significant other stays at Marriotts and is racking up the Bonvoy points. In short, we’re set when it comes to free vacations :).

Since Hilton went public they have really changed the program. Some hotels will tell you they have given away the limit of points redeemed rooms and will not accept your points. They no longer”have available” upgrades when you ask. If I wasn’t so involved with Hilton, hcgv and Amex card, I would switch.

Yes I love the Hilton Honors program! Just reached silver status for the year; super jealous of lifetime status. My favorite is DoubleTree and those warm cookies at check-in!

My husband travels all the time and maintains diamond status each year, but please don’t tell me it takes 22 years to get Lifetime Diamond Status???? Ugh!!! It’s a great perk, don’t get me wrong, but 22 years! WOW! (And I tell him all the time that I am a diamond member too, because I’m left at home most of the time, holding down the fort and carting around the kids!)
